The three star Torre de Los Guzmanes Hotel was built in 1990 and renovated in 2001. It is situated by the Crta. Comarcal 431 in La Algaba, a small town about ten kilometres from the centre of Sevilla.

The accommodation at the Torre de Los Guzmanes Hotel comprises 55 rooms on two floors, each room having a complete bathroom and a balcony or terrace and being equipped with air conditioning, satellite television and a telephone.

The facilities at the hotel include buffet breakfast, a cafeteria, 24 hour reception, a gym, games and television rooms, laundry service, internet access and meeting rooms. The hotel also has a swimming pool and barbecue area open in summer only.

Noisiest hotel we have ever stayed in. Banging, shouting, screaming in the corridor at 3 a.m. (Spanish guests - not Brits!). Hotel staff did nothing about it. On our second night we went out to a nearby restaurant and someone tried to break into our room. Lock completely broken but no access gained. I reported it to the receptionist and she said ‘not possible'. She did nothing about it - we jammed a chair under the door that night.

The hotel was so impersonal and noisy that we left at 7 a.m. the next morning without having breakfast, we were just glad to leave the place.
