The Jardin del Sol Suites Apartments are situated in the heart of the bay of Santa Ponca and only 26 kilometres from Mallorca's airport. In 2000, the apartments were renovated. Their location offers views of Santa Ponca bay.

Many of the suites are up to 50 metres square and include a jacuzzi with views of the bay, separate shower and toilet, lounge area, air conditioning, central heating, telephone, data port for internet connection, mini bar, safety deposit box, hair dryer, satellite television, mini bar or fridge, piped music, and terrace or balcony with sea view. The Jardin del Sol also has apartments which consist of a kitchen, sink and fridge, lounge area, bedroom with ceiling fan, air conditioning, safety deposit box, bathroom with shower and jacuzzi, terrace or balcony overlooking the sea, satellite television and telephone with data port for internet connection.

The spa centre of the Jardin del Sol complex is situated right on the sea front and offers beauty and health treatments such as heated salt-water indoor pool with various water-massage mechanisms, saunas, Turkish bath, massage cabins, shower jet and under water massage baths, sponge bath therapy, inhalation cabin and aromatherapy, diet programmes and medical consultations, beauty farm and hair stylist. Other facilities in the complex include a gym, luggage room, money exchange, swimming pool with sun terrace, buffet breakfast, conference rooms, non-smoking rooms, heated indoor pool, bar, restaurant and laundry service.

Board basis available at these apartments is bed and breakfast, half board or all inclusive.
