The two star superior City Express Covadonga Hotel is located in the commercial and business centre of Oviedo, close to the Campoamor Theatre and the San Francisco park. It is close to the shopping area of Calle Uría.

The hotel, built in 1975 and completely refurbished in 2000, has a capacity for 79 guests, in 44 rooms. All rooms have a mini-bar, satellite television with remote control, video, radio, telephone and and fax connection, internet access, desk and hair dryer in the bathroom. The fax and video are available on request. 30 per cent of the rooms are centrally heated and air conditioned. Cots are available on request.
