The four star Doņa Carlota Aparthotel was inaugurated in 1993 in Ciudad Real. It is situated in a central area, next to the university campus, with easy access from main highways and one kilometre from the train station.

The Doņa Carlota has 161 rooms (singles, doubles and junior suites with hydro-massage bath) all with individually controlled air conditioning, satellite television, bathroom and hair dryer, mini-bar and room service. The Doņa Carlota also has available 16 apartments.

Facilities at the aparthotel include a car park and garage, nine event rooms with a capacity of between five and 600 people for all types of celebrations and meetings, a restaurant specialising in regional and international cuisine, a cafeteria/bar and ADSL internet connection.
